It's me again, Saurabh!
½ Design 👨🏻💻, ½ Mischief 🥷🏻
Currently, I’m leading design for guided procurement and vendor management at Paylocity, where I spend my days untangling messy enterprise workflows and trying to make complex systems feel, well, simple. My obsession with screens started way back in 2003, sitting cross-legged in front of a bulky, heat-throwing CRT monitor while losing myself in a game of VCop 2. That childhood wonder eventually turned into a realization: technology is only as powerful as it is usable.
Today, I truly believe thoughtful design is the need of the hour. We’re all constantly fighting with cluttered systems that make us feel "stupid," and my goal is to change that. I genuinely enjoy solving into those "boring" enterprise problems that most people ignore and turning them into experiences that actually feel human, intuitive, and make sense.
When I’m not pushing pixels or whiteboarding solutions, I’m usually trying to stay away from screens entirely. You’ll likely find me out on a long run to clear my head or traveling to find a bit of perspective in a new city. I’ve also developed a massive appreciation for the analog world, so I spend a lot of my downtime wandering through museums and art galleries, looking for inspiration in the quiet corners of craft that have nothing to do with a computer.
